Newbish: Where to upgrade to App II?

I have found several places in Qeynos that have spell vendors, but cant find any that carry anything bardish. I know how to find the broker to purchase upgrades from players, but where are the combat art and other bard things that are vendor sold found?Thanks.<div></div>

Elddar Grove. Look for the trio near one of the arches between the gate to South Qeynos and The Elddar Tree. That is, assuming you mean App II vendors.

Thanks, I really appreciate it.Was there ingame lore or text that said that? I am just curious, its the kind of thing that should probaby mentioned, but I have no recollection of the game directing me that way.<div></div>
