Dove Song Doesn't do Jack

<DIV>So, its supposed to reduce fizzles for beneficial spells and resists for detrimental, or so someone working for SOE posted a while back.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Then why is it we get resisted the same amount whether or not we use Dove Song?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I got a great idea.  Make it useful in a way that we can actually prove it is working.  Beneficial spells should do more (ie mezzes last a little longer, heals heal for more, buffs a bit stronger) and detrimental spells do more (more damage, more slow %, etc).</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Cause right now, its worthless virtually.  I hardly ever use it and it is supposed to be one of my class defining abilities.</DIV>
