In my personal oppionon i would not use a pearl/van on Requiem, it really is a waist of the rare ink atm.  Or at least untill the spell is changed in some way. <div></div>

<DIV>Fair point, Requiem sucks. Especially now that it doesnt reflect AoE's of any form (Throw a 35k venemous cloud back at Terror couldve been nice)</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Needs to be changed</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Demoralizing is very useful, use it every fight, and Precision is for me hands down the most powerful spell in my arsenal. Great damage booster to bring us up to par every 4th-ish fight and bring up the groups damage (Troub+Lock=drool)</DIV>

Personal opinion here but I think this is a classic case of SOE coming up with a cool idea then thinking, "If we let them use it then they will be overpowered."  In my opinion they should have put something else there if they had no intention of the spell being useful at all.
