<DIV>I mined a pearl the other day (woo hoo!), and was wondering what I should do with it. I think I am going to have an Adept III made, but which one would be best? And if I don't do an Adept III, should I get a pearl necklace made? I noticed that pearl jewelry seems as if it is more geared for Priests and Mages.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Suggestions or advice please? <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></DIV>

<span>There should be a number of useful threads about this. For me, the upgrade to Lullaby has been one of the most useful upgrades (although I'm at Master 1 with it). Lullaby is a VERY useful spell and can save group wipes and enable enchanter-less groups to do things they otherwise couldn't. With Bria's at Master 2, I'd say that Lullaby will help you the most throughout the 50's to 60. I still use it very frequently. Most pearl jewelry has wis and int stats. I think you'll get much better use of a pearl from upgrading a key spell. And keep mining -- you need T6 (cobalt) weapons. Your T5 weapons will start being ineffective against certain T6 mobs.<blockquote><hr>Mawie wrote:<div>I mined a pearl the other day (woo hoo!), and was wondering what I should do with it. Adept 3 it, without hesitation. Get all of your spells upgraded to Adept 3 before worrying about jewelery (or at least all of them that you use most often). Pearl jewelry is ok for a Troub, the INT is nice, but you get more of a bang for your buck with spell upgrades. <div></div>

Lullaby is a T5 spell (used ruby and whatever the other is) i do agree this is a good spell to upgrade comes in handy soloing/grouping, with that i went with master 2 on Raxxyl's, Adept3 on Bria's, Balletic Avoidance or Elemental concerto. Slowly working my way through the rest of them now.<div></div>

Well, I am looking for a cobalt to upgrade my weapons. I really want an imbued Cobalt dagger or sai (not sure which one yet.) These are my current stats: <A href="http://eq2players.station.sony.com/en/pplayer.vm?characterId=210455205" target=_blank>http://eq2players.station.sony.com/en/pplayer.vm?characterId=210455205</A>. I am level 51 at the moment, but don't mind using the pearl to make a skill I will need in the future. It won't hurt me too badly. <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

Oh sorry -- forgot that Lullaby was a T5 not a T6 spell. Be sure to check the stats on the A3 to the lvl 55 power regen song vs. the Master 2 of the previous version. I seem to recall that it's only 1-per-tick higher. That would not be much bang for the buck out of a pearl. <div></div>

I don't really use the regen songs. I'd rather take a buff to my attributes.
