Raid MT group songs

<DIV>just want some info on what songs i should be playing when im in MT group, right now im playing Raxxyl, swan song, mana regen, cold/heat resist, and defense. maybe somtimes throwing in aggro song for a bit in the beginning or when power is getting low. just want some feed back from other raiding Troubs. thanks</DIV>

I'd go with Balletic Avoidance, Elemental Concerto and/or Arcane Concerto, Raxxyl's Brash Descant (or not, depending on MT stamina cap), Bria's Glorifying Ballad, and depending on the mob and whether the sta cap is already reached Quiron's Blissful Celebration. If you've got a spare concentration (such as if you KNOW the mob won't be using elemental, or magic/divine/mental), you can play with Requiem of Reflection - but you might be better off just buffing Alin's Tranquil Serenade or Aria of Exaltation instead. Generally troubs shouldn't be in the MT group. We can buff defense, but that's become much less important, and we can buff resists but your MT will have plenty from other sources. Reflection isn't currently living up to its potention to be worth using unless you have a spare concentration slot. Your best role is still in the mage group, where you can turn on Alin's, Bria's, and Aria - then hit Precision and watch the damage fly. As far as I know, the functionality of Swan/Dove Song currently is that it makes orange con mobs resist less often for mages. I suppose the argument could be made that taunts would resist less too -- I'm not sure what skill they use to check. Anyone out there with more experience using this song care to comment? <div></div>

<DIV>all depends on grp makeup and occasion. 2 tanks, pail draining warder or another tank in MT grp, you basically have to know all teh capabilities of the tank(s) in teh grp</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>basically if you lvl60 or close to it, you should know.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>if the MT grp is healer heavy, i use anti hate, dove song, mana regen, and the last 2 conc with resists buffs for teh occasion or raxxlys or jig's</DIV> <DIV>but anti hate dove song and mana regen - primary 3 used in MT grp</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>forget defence buff its a waste of a slot since defence skill is pretty much medoicre.</DIV>

i've been part of the mt group for 8 months. the same old buffs for 8 long months... i'm glad i'm out of there now and have at least two different base setups for casters and melees <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

First of all i would use raxxyl's, swan song and ....oh, oops! that was prior to september, when i was in the MT group. I don't mean to be a donkey, but i think dirges can better answer that question. :smileywink:
