Rousing or Vhalen's, Raxxl's and Niv's?

<DIV>Belious' Triple Strike (at 30) is in some respects superior to Elegant Blade (gained at 39).</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>It does more damage (when the third strike hits), hits with almost identical frequency and while its reduction of "mental mitigation" is lower I've never, ever seen the slightest difference in the damage done by, erm, forget its name but it's the bellow that always deals the same damage anyhow.  Deals identical damage whether the mob's "mental mitigation" is untouched, or debuffed by either 400-600 or 700-1000 points.  Or perhaps level 38 mobs don't have any mental mitigation, which makes me wonder why the damage I deal is less than what the song lists... I had Niv's originally. I respec'd and took Triple Strike.  After the AGI and STR nerfs, the benefits of Niv's are much less significant and triple strike is a very nice attack. <div></div>

Neither is a "wrong" answer. It's about personal preference.  I solo a lot so I preferred an improved attack over an improved buff. <div></div>
