Merciless Melody (Master I) use or sell?

I just got this off the fanglord outside of BB. I'm lvl 23 and wondered whether I should scribe it or sell it. Does anyone know how much it increases haste by? Adept I = 10%Master I = ??Thank you in advance

tbh haste isnt that great unless you're out of power, as most people are using CA's which use more than the alloted time for the weapon cooldown. ie: hit CA hit CA... I dont think MM is worth it, you can sell it to some rich lvl 40 troub who wants to say he has a master for 30g-1p (depending on server)imo

with the introduction of mentoring i would expect this spell to always be useful so i'll probably scribe it... does anyone know what the haste % is at that lvl?

I went ahead and scribed it today... Haste percentage for master I is... 28%!!I was expecting 20% but 28% is pretty fantastic <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />... as for planning for lvl 50, like i said before, with mentoring in you're gonna want those low lvl master i's when you can get them...
