<DIV>Hello all Troub's ^^,</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Just wondering with all the bugs in our songs (some dont work properly), what has been your best buff combos u use on the group with our limited concentration?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I use: Raxxyls and Rousing for the str buffs, Aria of ??? for that extra dmg (if it even works properly), and Bria's Thrilling ballad for the power regen. </DIV> <DIV>That leaves me with one empty slot of concentration that I use the Reproaching discante debuff on the mob to lower their STR and AGI.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I just got the level 28 song? forgot what it was called (something bout draining power from mob...dont know if its worth casting?).</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>WHat songs combos have u found that work pretty good?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Thanks everyone for any input.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

<DIV>My playstyle throughout most of the game as far as grinding was concerned involved 1-2 options in Rousing tune line, Bria's up indefinitely, and Any available upgrade in Merciless melody line. swap out one of the rousing tune options for debuffs when needed depending on group.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Xenokai Troubadork - 50th Season</DIV> <DIV>    In a constant state of Unrest</DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=2>I've experimented, but always reverted to rousing/raxxyls, haste, and bria's for most of the time. Depending on the encounter I'll drop bria's for the dubuff - I prefer to drop bria's as I've found the sudden drop in stats can bewilder the group more than the rate of power regeneration, particularly when a group isn't expending a lot of power to defeat the enemy. Also if I don't keep raxxy'l/rousing and haste all tickin down at the same time I get confused when two drop and one doesn't :smileytongue:</FONT></DIV> <DIV><FONT size=2></FONT> </DIV> <DIV><FONT size=2>Something I have found useful has been the health regen spell when working solo or in a group of two without a healer. With that and bria's you can get through solos for quests much quicker than with haste imo, as the downtime in between encounters can be a bit of a drag. And, if I am tanking, I still buff my parry. At 31 I find green through white solos hardly make a dent on my health with that, health regen and the agility buffs.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV>Do u think the haste song is worth casting (i think it takes two concentration spots)?</DIV> <DIV>I heard some ppl say they didnt seem to see a difference, but then again, I havent heard too much talk about the haste song.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>^^<BR></DIV>

<DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I use Raxxyl's, Vhalen's (or Rousing), Niv's and then the other songs kind of change.  Haste I use a fair bit, the Debuff song, generally with Bria's....  (for harder fights).  I used the Proc song until I got Niv's (didn't seem particularily effective though.)  If I am having trouble hitting things I add in that skill boosting song.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I think haste is solid if your group is on the low end of the DPS pool (say, 3 healers who will melee, but tend not to do a lot of abilities)... or if you are doing HO's in group.  </DIV>

I use nivs, raxxyls and vhalens, and songsters luck master I.Depnding on situation, I might drop vhalens for kians (dot), or the debuff. In some rare cases, I will drop vhalens for aria of excitement, or songsters luck, for haste.I don't use the songsters luck upgrade yet, as I don't have a decent upgrade for it yet, and it only has about 1/3 of the benefit for me as songsters luck master I does.

<DIV>I generally use Songster's Luck (Master 1), Bria's, Raxxyl's and Swap the last spot depending on situation. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>The best use of haste I find is when:</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>1. You are not using a lot of abilities / HOs. Haste does not decrease timers on abilities so if you spam skills it becomes next to useless.</DIV> <DIV>2. 3+ melee types in the group. That means to me, yourself + tank and one other primary melee (scout or tank class). I can see the previous poster's point of increasing non-melee (i.e. healers) DPS with this. By on the whole I don't usually use it with less than 3 melee types. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Iliad</DIV> <DIV>28 Troubador</DIV> <DIV>Tox</DIV><p>Message Edited by Caali on <span class=date_text>01-27-2005</span> <span class=time_text>07:21 AM</span>
