Why don't we get a spell like Jonthan's Mobilization of Arms?

Dirges level 30 training allows them to choose Jonthan's Mobilization of Arms, which buffs run speed, along with I believe str/agi/sta. This run speed buff does stack with pathfinding, proving to be pretty fast. Why don't we get a run speed buff? I'd gladly trade in the increased melee damage on Niv's Song of Harmony for increased run speed <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

<DIV>I recall being disappointed with the lvl 30 training. I chose an upgrade for fulgent blade, the others were adept 2's of raxxyl's, aria of excitement and....um..something else. Actually I can't remember if aria was one of them! I remember I didn't want/need them so chose the fulgent blade upgrade as it was the only one I could use.</DIV>
