fyi, if you haven't seen it some interesting number crunching:http://eqiiforums.station.sony.com/eq2/board/message?board.id=31&message.id=3014The bottom line is that since weapons are delayed when using CA's your effective weapon delay goes up significantly, to the point where its better to have weapons with a high damage/high-delay. In the case of qeynos-troubs their 1hs is better than the freeports duel-wield class reward. Ah the irony

<DIV>I've been thinking of changing to 1h and shield, but remember - dual wield gets you TWO items with stats.</DIV> <DIV>You could have a 2 feysteel hand axes, each with +8 agility.</DIV> <DIV>I suppose you might be able to find a shield out there with nice agility stats, but usually I find the stats on two dual wield weapons better than the stats on a 1h + shield (but maybe i just haven't been shopping around enough).</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

<DIV>So what about using 2 leafblades? :smileywink:</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>With that new data, and a decent haste, i am using the leaves.</DIV>

<DIV>With slower 1H weapon, you might make better use of delay, but you won't proc as often as with fast dual wield weapon + less chances of interrupting NPC caster (though, they doesn't look very weak to interupt)</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Not sure about wich one is better though <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></DIV>

<DIV>I prefer the one handed weapon and shield myself.  There are a few good round shields out there that we can use, and I like being more of a sword and board fighter then a dual weilding scout.</DIV>
