freeport trubador quest help

<DIV>Go see Millia (I think her name is), the emmisary that gave you the bard quest.  After talking toher, she'll send you to North Frreport I beleive it is to talk to another NPC (Mitsya?) in the tavern down by the water.  The Troub quest is actually really easy, it took me about 5 minutes, and I did it as soon as I hit 18.</DIV>
