Where to start Troubadour quest (Qeynos)

Just a heads up, I wasn't able to do the meeting part of the quest till 19... the two guards by the door would see through my sneak at 18, but as soon as a Dinged - poof - no problem.Daire19 Dwarf BardButcherBlock
