Is it intentional that the adept3 version of Double up casts unscaled adept1 versions of the attacks/debuffs in question? According to skill description, it scales skills up to level 70. Level 70 upscaled Dispatch shows at roughly 3.9k in Double up's description, but when you try and double it up, it lands with a whopping 2.5k debuff.Before you say this ability is fixed, go check it again, it's NOT working as per description.
