Hi all, I have a 50-something brigand that I haven't played in a few weeks, but if i remember correctly the there is a throwback component of the combat art we get. However, recently I've rolled a swashbuckler and they have the Route/Shanghai line of combat arts that REALLY throw the target back, flying through the air.Whenever I use the brigand throwing art in PvP, it seems the opponent just 'flops' in the air and falls down on the same spot. The swashbuckler Shanghai on the other hand, sends the opponent litterally flying through the air, and opens for all kinds of dirty tricks like throwing people off griffon towers. Does anyone else feel that the throw back part of this combat art doesn't work?

Aha! there we have it. I just didn't think there was a difference between knock down and knock back. Thank you!

(and i so would)seems brigands are nasty enough every minute or so. :smileywink:

Message Edited by Crimson Dragon on 09-17-2006 07:48 PM

<-- uses Flashy Throw to send people flying to their deaths all the time.

So are you saying it is indeed a knock BACK? maybe I am confusing the pvp and pve effects.
