PVP against twinks

<DIV>I'm currently a lvl 13 brig.  When doing PVP against others of even con, I always get owned pretty handily.  Granted, so far I use only apprentice 1 CAs but I should be able to damage opponent by at least 50%, but I'm hardly putting a dent in them.  As far as twinking, aren't u limited to using weapons/armor equivalent to your level or less?  What can I do to increase my survivability?</DIV>

Get mastercrafted armor....blackened iron I think and mastercrafted jewelry....with adept 3 spells you shouldn't have any problems after that and learn how to use your spells well and have a good timing
