oh no I wasnt thinking about it...buddy of mine was just saying you could be a Brigand in Qeynos and I was arguing with him <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />  The Overlord would not allow such a thing!

<div></div>You can be a brigand and be in Qeynos, you just can't be a brigand citizen of Qeynos.  I've just been too lazy to do it.  When you betray from FP, you do the sabotage quests to increase your faction enough with Qeynos so you can enter the city to finish betrayal.  If you do the sabotage qeusts until you are at +13k (I believe) faction with Qeynos, you should then be able to wander the city at your leisure, although the guards will continue to brandish their weapons at you without attacking, and you will still be a citizen of Haven, not Freeport or Qeynos.<div></div>
