Well, this is my first post... I love scouts. All my characters are scouts, spare 2 (a zerker and a warden.) I haven't had a character get past level 40 yet, so I might be worried too soon, but I'm just having a hard time with my Brigand! I have the most fun with him though... The versatility is amazing in groups. Haven't really done any raids. :smileysad: I know gear is important in this game and I've been trying to keep it up, but I've been spending a lot of time getting adept 3s and masters for myself first. I've gotten all of my skills up to at least adept 1, thankfully. It makes PvE easier, but I'm still struggling with PvP. I don't get many kills on people, my stuns seem like they don't work, it's almost like I'm not doing any damage to the enemy sometimes... And within a few seconds I'm in the red. I've noticed that this is always the case when I'm fighting a Swashbuckler or a Ranger... It gets worse when they're grouped with a few healers that I can't find in time. Maybe I'm just having bad luck with this character, but none of my other scouts have it this bad. Not even my Troubador. :smileysurprised:I know my main problem is I just suck at PvP lol. But what else could I do? Maybe some of this stuff isn't my fault? Anyone out there have advice or anything? Just curious, and it never hurts to ask. For those of you that want to know what I'm working with, the Brigand is Klubba on Venekor.:smileyhappy:

Get your resist gear up(try and make sure every slot has resists), make sure your combat arts are app 4 at least or better if possible. Get your mitigation buffs like street smarts line and defensive stance to AD3+ ASAP. If you do all that then you should not drop to red so quick. As far as skill in PvP. Use defensive stance for melee and offensive stance for casters. Open up with Blackjack/snare to hold them in place so you can unload, if they are melee open up with your defense debuff and parry debuff/attack. if they are casters use your taunt to dispell some buffs first. Then proceed to use your backstabs, easy to position behind players. Fill in the gaps with other CA's. If they try to evac/heal or use a big nuke then hit them with your stun. If snare breaks hit them with your ranged throwing stun and then try to resnare. Good luck.
