Would someone be kind enough to explain the main differences between the two in terms of survivability/solo capability?TIA<div></div>

Never mind I did a search and finally found some posts from 2006 so I got some updated info.Sounds like Brigand is the one for me <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /><div></div>

<DIV>The brigand is a very deep class in comparision to the Assassin. At least in my opinion, an assassins basic purpose is damage, being a tier 1 dmg class. However the brig offers so much more imo. I guess its all about what your looking for, and what you want from the class. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Believe me there are ALOT , i mean ALOT of brigs out there that play there class like an assassin with Dispatch. I guess there is nothing wrong with that, they can play the game how they want, its their money. I myself went a different route with mine. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I like survivability, one of my favorite game characters of all time was my velious era monk from eq1. Crazy dps, tough as nails, awesome raid survivability. The thing is, in THIS game, monks are fighters, and often end up tanking. Having played a tank during most of my eq2 time, I am tired of it... but I dont want to be squishy either.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>The brigand is the closest thing I have found to my eq1 monk. High hp, mitigation, feign death, and respectable damage. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Emitt</DIV> <DIV>LDL</DIV>
