We have AA's that increase in and out of combat speed.  Think max is something like 10.3%.  I went this line and it never increases out of combat so I respecced it.   I also sent a bug report explaining exactly this fact that was very detailed, only to get a reply that they had no idea what I was talking about.<div></div>

hi, well sugo you are not right with your suggestions. I also went the agi line and I have to tell you that with spending 4 points I have increased speed by 4 %. well tested with a dirge, and really I was faster than him. The only thing is, the increased speed is not shown in your personal window. But anyhow, referring to the original question I also have to tell you that the normal speed buff won´t be replaced. So go for status 112.500, take at least 4,5 platinum and go for a 40% horse, or at least the cheapest way make the carpet quest in the sinking sands, has also 40% speed buff and is nearly for free, just have th make 5 quests (pretty easy). bye <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> <div></div>
