Brigands do however not gain any new debuffs after 60, only upgrades to some, and they scale like you would expect I guess.<div></div>

<div>brigands have a debuff for every type of resistance or mitigation.  They debuff cold the most and a lvl 70 brigand can debuff just under 7900 cold resistance using dispatch.  Suffice to say that wizards and wardens love us.</div>

<div></div><div></div><div></div><p>There's a cap I do not remember the post but somewhere in this forum is a discussion thread (I believe it was thread on Amazing Reflexes nerf) about caps to debuffs. Some testing was done and showed that with our 2 biggest debuffs on the rate of return on the damage from the debuffs would have to be capped to get that result.</p><p>i.e. (not actual data just simple numbers example of what I could remeber from thread)</p><blockquote dir="ltr"><p>Dispatch mob - now mob taking 40% more dmg./ Debilitate mob - now mob taking 20% more dmg./ Dispatch and Debilitate mob - now mob taking 50% more dmg.</p><p>Deduction from test in that thread was if Dispatch caused 40% > dmg and Debilitate caused 20% > dmg naturally we would expect 60% > dmg from both together, thus with a return of only 50% > dmg we must then conclude that there must be a cap at 50%.</p></blockquote><p>Again the above example is not actual data just a simple number sample of what the tests that were run concluded. If I find thread I'll edit it in so you can see hard numbers.</p><p>Amongst the chaos in this forum you'll see actual test data on debuff caps (toward bottom), just ingnore all the ranting as it did no good at the time.</p><p><a href="http://eqiiforums.station.sony.com/eq2/board/message?board.id=34&message.id=7230&view=by_date_ascending&page=8" target="_blank">http://eqiiforums.station.sony.com/eq2/board/message?board.id=34&message.id=7230&view=by_date_ascending&page=8</a></p><p> </p><p>Message Edited by Shidonya on <span class="date_text">04-05-2006</span><span class="time_text">08:38 AM</span></p>

<div><blockquote><hr>ibeo wrote:<div>naw i meant cap...</div><hr></blockquote>all right, i just said that because 'we cap debuff all resists' didn't make much sense...</div><div>I was thinking either 'we can debuff all resists' or 'our resist debuffs all cap'</div>
