<DIV>Not sure about Qeynos but in Freeport, you can buy in from one of the 3 trainers sitting under the tree across from the thieves way enterance in North Freeport.  Think it is the female dark elf trainer but not sure.  Cost bout 12-15s or so.</DIV>
