<DIV>Just saw today in a raid (I've taken a few days off since last big patch) that I can no longer use Swift Sneak in combat to be able to use my "must be in stealth mode" skills.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Is this an intended, albeit silent, nerf to a very handy skill or is this a bug?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Anyone else with the same situation?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>If this is "intended" I must call BS on it since it is:</DIV> <DIV>a) one of our special trait skills and without another chance to /respec, totally worthless</DIV> <DIV>b) one of our very few "mask icon" skills at lvl 50 to use to complete HO's, and</DIV> <DIV>c) the only way to get any use out of "Run Through" more than once a fight, which in my opinion, once a fight for one of our best skills is stupid</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I'll check again after logging in and out to make sure I'm not hung in combat or something odd, but anytime I'm in a fight and click it, it just goes to "Queued Action" like the rest of my stealth skills.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>If this is indeed a silent nerf, this makes the second "special" trait skill that I've wasted.  On my one and only /respec at level 50 I thought I was being smart and gave up Locke's Ruthless Mugging for the very lame and worthless Tani's Violent Rake.  What a mistake.  Now 2 of the 4 are useless and 1 is too low level to think about using, what's that leave me? </DIV>

<P>i dont know about the sneak</P> <P>but LOL ''smart'' for letting go of trait mug? it's as good as wrangle master 1. 1 less def. 1 less parry debuff, for a debuff giving YOU power back</P>

<DIV>Yeah, that one burns me up when I think about it.  However, there was method to my madness.  Tani's Violent Rake reduces target's spell avoidance by 10, which is 2 levels, right?  All I do is raid.  Since I quit EQ1 all I've done is drool over EQ2 screenshots and wait until I could raid the high-end content again.  I figured making a mob resist spells 2 levels lower would kick butt on high end raids.  Making Darathar level 56 would surely help, right?  Wrong.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I've yet to go on a raid and hear casters only start landing spells <STRONG><EM>after </EM></STRONG>I landed Tani's.  Seems 100% useless to me.  Either the mobs don't resist, or they resist nearly 100% of the time (of certain type spells) and there seems to be nothing to be done about it.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Originally, with Locke's Mugging, I found it to be not a game-breaker, but handy for sure.  Yeah, it's only 30-40 power back but it adds up.  I had also not run out of power on raids in a long time.  With Prismatic, EBoots, enchanters, and bards I really do have to spam everything I have to run OOP.  Now without the use of the Sneak+Run Through combo I don't know that I could ever run OOP on a raid.  I would still like Mugging back for the solo benefits.  Killing greens and grays for writs is where I would enjoy it most I believe.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Seems only those who used their /respec ASAP were allowed to get the second one.  Sadly, I was being "smart" and getting to 50 first so I could test as much as I could before making those decisions.  Silly me.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV>
