Shiv, Is it useless???

I just got Shiv and had an adep1 for it in the bank, compare it to Elisi's Mercyless Shank Elisi's is same cast tim, same duration, same recovery Elisi's is more DD, more DoT, and has a DD effect at termination = Shiv USELESS Just my thoughts on the subject, I would like to know what ya'll think... Also barely useful depending on options: Aggravated Assault, Forceful Negotiations, Craven Delight....  Yay for upgrades not really upgrading. <div></div>

<DIV>Yeah, it is true that it's a useless skill IF you took Elisi's Merciless Shank. If you took another level 40 skill then it's probably fairly nice.  Forceful Negotiations is useful as was said, because it's encounter based and won't agro everything around you. Tani's Swipe, or whatever it was called, did a little more damage but could grab extra mobs you didn't notice. I've had that one bring mobs through a wall before...weird.</DIV>

Ruthless mugging is the best optional skill out there IMHO, you're going to wish you picked it once you're 50.. /respec for the win.  Even with that, stacked mana regen, and everything else I can still go OOP on raids.. atleast Locke's Ruthless Mugging keeps me Debilitating constantly. <div></div>
