<DIV>Is debilitate supposed to have a tile in the maintained window? Does anyone know if there are any stacking issues with the SK spell Dispoiling Mist or any other high level debuffs? getting it adept 3 from app 4 was NO upgrade other then the damage portion, It made me sad bunny face =(
