Save your money and get an Adept 3 made from it.  It will be well worth every copper you spend on it.

<P>I can say with certainty that the adept 1 ruse drops in a qeynos area zone.  I know this because while leveling up to ruse level, and then for about 15 level after, I would check occasionally on broker and fence to see how many were availavble and for what price.  If cheap in qeynos I'd buy from fence and sell for 85s-1g in freeport where more brigs would see it.  </P> <P>Very often I would see 3-5 ruse adept 1s on freeport fence, and zero on freeport broker.  </P> <P>It's a level 21 spell, which limits the locations down to 2:  Crypt of betrayal or stormhold.  If crypt of betrayal, we'd almost never see any ruses on qeynos broker any longer, since only those twinks who are working on AQ (fewer and fewer, as more alts are just skipping the AQs) go to CoB.  It's an empty zone normally.  </P> <P>Since I do still see 2-3 ruses on the fence regularly, that tells me it's stormhold.  Stormhold stays relatively busy if for no other reason than alts there to try to get sword of thunder.  </P> <P>Antonica and blackburrow adepts are normally level 19 or lower, but it's possible the spiders/higher gnolls in BB may drop it as well. </P>

I'm not real impressed with Ruse (Adept III)...Power: 51Cast: 1.0 sec Recovery: 0.5 sec Duration: 6.0 sec Recast: 60.0 secBanditry 105 Mastery 155- Increase Threat by 1- Feign Death with 0% chance against 28 or lower (or 28 or higher)- Inflict 694-1158 damage(This is at level 35)So the adept3 (IIRC) only does about 10% more damage then the Adept 1. Which was kinda dissapointing. I'm much happier with the Burgle Adept 3 that I had made at the same time I had the Ruse Adept 3 made.

With about the same group setting and me gaining only one level between the two highest i scored went from 1228 (adept1) to 1615 (Adept3). Also, i noted at thee time of change that i did significantly more damage with adept3 ruse than with adept1. Im alos looking really hard for a Master ruse (only 2 sold on server that i know of) to upgrade it.
