<DIV>Well I dont know the increase but it is a very useful spell since Wrangle our upgrade is bugged. Lowering the defense number of the mob is like taking levels off of it. You get 5 defense per level 1 ever 20%. So if you take off 10 defense you will be able to hit it as easy as you would a mob 2 levels lower.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Wrangle would be better but it also adds a 20% snare effect to the list of things it debuffs. This effect causes wrangle to drop instantly every time the mob is hit making the effect useless.</DIV>
