My first time I made a Kerran which I am happy with. In the long run it does have some affect but it can be helped with special stat clothing for whatever choice you pick. I originally picked the Kerran then picked the strength upgrade, then when we all /respec I choose all my choices to agility. I figure it makes me faster, being harder to hit and I get more hits in. Equaling more damage or more chances to proc for poisions. Since I have more agility I can tank some what better for small groups. So my adivce to you would be agility. If you really want something to think about. Why did you pick the dual wielding instead of the single handed? Even tho the dual wielding does less damage but is alot faster then the single handed. Get my drift? In a way, by picking the dual wielding in some sense you have pre-decided that you would like to be faster even tho you have to make up for a small amount of damage loss from regular attacks.

<DIV>either or works fine in the long run. i'm a Barbarian Brigand, Guildmate is a Ratonga Brigand   our stats are pretty much equal at 50  using similar equipment.  once u get over 200 Agility u get very little benefit to your power pool  either is a great choice, just pick whatever your happiest with, dont base it off base stats alone.</DIV>

<DIV>So would you think being an Ogre Brig is a bad idea?  I have an Ogre monk now that I love but thinking of a Brig as an alt.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Yenyang Angrydragon</DIV> <DIV>34 Ogre Monk</DIV> <DIV>Kithicore</DIV>

<DIV>What I did was made an Iksar, that I'm very happy with.  It has good starting str and agi,  just not top of the line in either.  Then when I leveled I always chose a trait that added to agi.  So at 28 with Rough skin on I had 108 agi.  So I have fairly good str and very good agi in my opinion now.</DIV>

<DIV>I chose Dark Elf just because I like their look the most. I try to aquire AGI gear when possible and I chose all the AGI stats. It does help when soloing. I don't believe STR is as useful when soloing, but that's just a guess.</DIV>

<DIV>I don't think str is as important as agi is for scouts, but a high str will make your attacks hit harder.  Although I'm not sure if it has an effect on button mashing attacks or not.  Its something like 100+ = 110% melee damage, 200+ 125% melee damage.  It was a post by Moorgard, I don't remember the exact numbers...</DIV>

I play a dwarf brigand... mostly because I wanted to try a scout class, and I wanted to do the betrayal quest, and none of the other 'goodie' races appealed to me. So play what you want to play, and don't obsess over 5-10 points difference between the races. Now, there are a few advantages to being a dwarf:- high STR means I can carry lots of loot- it's the only class with a 'manly' beard- I'm short enough that nobody cares when I run around front to do my RuseWhen I /respec'd, I did pick AGI or power pool as primary choices, with STA/STR being secondary choices.

Hell, I have a alt Troll Mage. With a alt ratonga shaman. In the long run it evens itself out more. But if you where to pick a race that was lacking alot in what class specific status points you need jsut even it out by picking that for every time you can. No biggie ^_^
