Lie Low issues

<DIV>Has anyone else noticed this situation:</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I am behind the mob, it is on the tank.  I stop attacking and use Lie Low.  The graphic for hate loss appears, but I am not sneaked, and the timer on the ability has been reset as if never used.  Generally it works the next time I press the button, but I've just wasted 5 seconds of possible dps.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I think this ability is bugged, although it seems to work 2/3 of the time.</DIV>

I use Lie Low alot, and I never had an issue with it. It usually drops me into stealth, and I am immediately kicked out when I hit a mob if I left auto-attack on.
