Description: An advanced form of Mug. As a bonus to Mug it siphons power from the target.I assumed that this Training Skill would be a DoT and siphon power over the duration of the skill on a mob, but this is not the case. It is, basically, a DD that removes anywhere between 27 - 33 power per cast.

Yes, I was disappointed when I got this. For the amount of power it takes from a mob, it is not worth it to pick up this skill. I am going to feedback and ask that they change this to a DoT instead of a DD.
