Ruse Damage Restored Today?

<DIV>Patch notes today said the Ruse damage has been restored. So they mentioned Ruse, AND said they fixed the damage, lets go take a look.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Edit: On mobs that I used to hit consistently over 1000, I ranged from 850 to 1050, so it doesn't appear completely fixed.
