<DIV>Well I dont think is fun to die 4-5 time because of a quest that is not really that great. I have done other lv 20 class quest that where hard but not a trap like this one.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>So I died 2 time doing this one and I want to share my experience.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>When you talk with emissary Mitsya in est freeport  inside the inn, she tell you need to find a orc runner in the commonlands.</DIV> <DIV>Go out and go to the extreme south of the commonlands, from the Sprawl entrance ead to the orc camp where Orgran Furglore is, pass his camp and head to the zone wall, from there follow it till you see one of the many Orc Runner, they run following the zone wall, intercept one but carefull to not aggro the other blue and yellow grouped orcs and kill him.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Once killed report to emissary, she tell you to head out in the commonlands again, and to find a named orc Dranok Bileblood, he is hidden in a little netrance of the zone wall to find him just follow the zone wall like you have done to find the Orc Runner, keep followind the wall of the zone till you find a entrance in a little valley, (just check them all should bne the second one if you started at Orgran Fulgore camp, in the left side of the entrance the named orc spawn as soon as you walk in.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Talk to him and he tell you his story....after that end he will teleport you in a instanced Zone where there are plenty of red orcs standing around and most important ONE of them that is named Orc Patroller, be very carefull, all my death came from him since i figured out he wander the zone, the first 2 time i havent seen him and i entered the house when he was on his way near, and he see invisible all sort of them since hes red, and happarently he as huge aggro range since when he spot you receive a message like 10 second before he actually kill you..</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>IMPORTANT all this has been done at lv 19 with SNOOP APP II, if you are lv 18 i cannot assure you it work, if you have snoop not upgraded i cannot assure you it work. All other hiding ability like Smuggler etc..and doesnt seem to work even if upgraded to Adept1, that why i say the quest is a trap, you have to figure all this taking deaths.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>So speak to Dranok he tell you he think the chest with the medaillon are in the buildings just behind him, and they are, dont go check the building on the other side of the camp you will die, the red orcs will spot you. First go to the bigger building behind him here you find 2 clikable chests one of them as the fist medaillon, just clik click till you get the message that you exchanged the medaillon with a fake one. After that if you timed well the orc patroller and entered the building when he was in tha far side of his circle just run out and go back to Dranok is safe here, check the orc patroller path, from here, let him go when he going away quick use your Snoop, and get to the roof of the little building next to the other, from here in snoop mode just let yourself fall in front of the building entrance, so you avoid aggro the nearest red orc guard by going to near them, quick enter the building, you will see a yellow orc that id in FD mode, he not gonna see you, click on the chest till you get the medaillon message exchanged, and again if you timed well the Orc patroller should be still far enough RUNRUN to the named orc end the dialog and port out.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Talk to Mitsya in est freeprt to end the quest.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>If you follow these instruction well you should be able to do the quest with no deaths <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Hope it help.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV><p>Message Edited by Alpheratz on <span class=date_text>01-10-2005</span> <span class=time_text>01:28 PM</span>

<DIV>did it on my first try, maybe I was lucky but didnt even met the patroller</DIV> <DIV>you can manipulate the chests from pretty far away, you dont even have to enter the room they are in, the whole thing took about 2 mins to complete</DIV> <DIV>there is no way, not even with master snoop you gonna sneak past the lvl 40^^ mobs, you gotta keep distance to be out of agro range</DIV>

<DIV>Well you got lucky...the patroller will see you no matter what you do, maybe they changed the quest? i dont know how you have not meet the patroller he circle the camp pretty fast and come close to the house where the chests are, and if you are there when hes coming you can just die and port back or run to the lv 40 orc in th hope to lose aggro but then is worst as you have to come back near the quest NPC by passing again this lv 40 orc wall..</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>As for not entering the room I dont know how you can do it since the fist building as the chest on the second room that is in no way in line of site of the door. you have to enter this building and get to the other room to be able to see and click the chest.</DIV><p>Message Edited by Alpheratz on <span class=date_text>01-10-2005</span> <span class=time_text>02:10 PM</span>

<DIV>When you get the message that the patrol is coming, go up the ladder to the roof and wait .... that is all it takes to avoid death.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>You actually have time to run out of the building and to the rear as well from what I understand, but the ladder works just fine and you can look inthe room from up top to see when he is gone, just use the rght angle of view with 3rd person.</DIV>

<DIV>maybe they changed that on the last big patch, I have doen the quest yesterday, the orc patroller followed me on top of the building and killed me there. First time he killed me while i was running near the named orc and he was far a way but for some reason he followed me everywhere, the second time i tough of the ladder but know what? he can climb there to.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>If you have done that quest day or week ago before the patch think that may be changed now, any old info can only make confusion, i have done it after the patch.</DIV>

<DIV>I must've timed it well back when I did it. I never got a message or even came near the patroller. I just snuck in one, swithed, walked out the front door and in to the other and switched. Done. The lazy guard didn't see through my sneak so it was a piece of cake.</DIV>

<DIV>I had seen this posted someplace else as DON'T hide/sneak anything.... just time the Patrol to avoid and you're set.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Would more who've done this clarify? Level 17 staring me in the face, and I'd greatly like to do this soon.</DIV>

<DIV>All the mobs could see through my invis anyway, so I don't see the point of using sneak.</DIV>

<DIV>Yup  you don't need to sneak at all.  It actually hurts because it slows you down.  You don't even have to go into the smaller building to the left.  Just stand at the doorway and pan your camera so that you can stay out of LOS of the orc inside and can still click the crate.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Alternately, I <i>THINK</i> a level 19 should be able to kill that sleeping Orc.  I got pretty close as an 18 with decent, but not spectacular gear.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>-a</DIV><p>Message Edited by Llars on <span class=date_text>01-28-2005</span> <span class=time_text>12:37 PM</span>

The first time I tried I walked around the building cause i did not know where the door was and was spotted quickly, soon after i got stuck on a crate and was pushing up daisies.THe second time i noticed the sleeping orc was yellow con so after i made sure i completed the quest i agroed the sleeping orc ran away then killed him when i was in a safe spot.

<DIV>Easiest way I found... You get snoop at 17, then go into town and buy an App3 or App4 upgrade...  </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>If I remember correctly only the sleeping orc will then be able to see you.</DIV>

The Brigand's and Assassin's quests are actually really simple to do without dying, just pay attention to patrols and stay close to the wall of the building. Its like playing Splinter Cell again, really alot of fun.

When I didn that quest, I died so many times I just about quit the game. I took a break, thought about it, and had a drink than came back and did it my first try. Those orcs really don't like to be bothered with.

<DIV>Finished quest in first try at lvl 18 with snoop app3.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Small house, just triggered the chest from the doorway.  </DIV> <DIV>Large House.  Timed my snoop in, sat on the lower end of the stairs, toggled the chests, if the warning came up, i headed to the roof and waited for the guard to come and go.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I thoroughly enjoyed it though, it was exciting.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Thxs</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Damari</DIV>

<DIV>Batista died twice ... my fault for getting too close to the red cons that see through invisibility but overall, it wasn't really hard for me ... though I did piece a few words together that I've never used before!  heh heh</DIV>

<P>I got a little help from a someone online. I noticed everything was red to me and there was No way I could get to a thrid building in the distance. When I found out that the boxes I needed were in the two building next to me. </P> <P>I just waited for the patrol to pass the building and then snuck around to the front of the small building paned my screen till my mouse change, then clicked and went back between the building. which I used as a safe area. then went into the big building stood on the stairs and just paned till I could see and interact with both boxes. If I got the message I would freeze. no mob ever came near me.</P>
