Finishing a mob with Ruse can cause quests not to update/register?

<DIV>Our group just did the Nektulos Capt Tsat'sane (sp?) and his merry band for the "Dragoon Somehingorother" quest and i finished him off using a splendid ruse, however it didnt update our quest log. This is because it does not really count as your damage which is one reason it seems to draw no taunt even with a big hit early in the fight. <DIV>I've also found an odd issue with ruse.  Have only had it happen once, but when it did it was very odd indeed.  I was farming in TS, hit ruse.  Didn't kill the mob, and it then died several moments later. However when I jumped out of the FD I was still in the FD crouch only standing.  So while if I moved forward my character was facing the right.  Was very odd, a zone change fixed it.</DIV>

Hmm, not invalidating your comments, as i havent really done any testing..But wanted to mention, i was killing Nerius Seers for the Zyt'l book and finishing with Ruse frequently (as Ruse nearly one shots them <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> )I had no issues with not getting a quest update.
