<DIV>Head west from the sprawl gate in commons.  Follow along the wall and check track for a set of carrion hounds, they are the only carrion hounds in this area.  You will find them in a little nitch in the wall, run past them and take the first valley on your left.  He should spawn then, you will not be able to track for him until you are almost on top of him.</DIV>
