Brigand class quest npc?

<DIV>You'll find out who the NPC is when you level at 19, it'll update your quest journal.  It's a Missionary Ratonga in East Freeport though, if you want to start early.  The quest itself is easy though, just need to kill an Orc Runner (green con at 19), then you talk to another named orc who teleports you to a solo instance.  Red con mobs, see through Snoop / Sneak / Smugglers Talent.  They are stationary, and there is one roamer.  All see through invis.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Do what the orc tells you, and you'll complete it.  Overall it was pretty easy to complete.</DIV>

I guess the named orc isn't always up. Waiting around for him as we speak

<DIV>The named orc is a trigger spawn when you get to the right spot - is not on track at all and then when you approach his spot he pops up right by you. I have seen it twice now, so I know I did not just get lucky and walk up at his spawn time.</DIV>
