From Chel'Drak.. who is the boss you can fight once you get access to him by completing The Rift quest line in Nizara.

Level 75X4 orange con mob that has lots of friends, up till the release of EoF he was the toughest mob in the game, as far as I know, only 3 guilds on my server have taken him down.</div>
