Is Fae a suitable swashbuckler race?

I know that the Fae are a very new class so we may not know everything about them yet, but for those that are playing as a Fae or have tried to play as on: - how did it work?- Pros and cons?- Dose it really matter which race you choose?- What do you think of the swash+fae combination?Thats some questions i can come up with for now, may pop up some new ones later.

Im not authority, but for the most part everyone says any race is good as another. PvP I think they would be really nice for that fay form. God they are really small and hard to see. I went woodelf for the increased tracking distance for PvP. Thats from my pvp aspect but others have better ideas than I do Im sure

The only downside to playing a fae is their stats when you first start them.  They have really low strength and stamina.  The strength goes up quickly with buffs, gear, and AA's.  The Stamina you'll need to get from gear.  Other than that I like my fae swashie.  Glide and falling from any height and living is fun.  I just wish there were more voices to choose from (only have cheerful and naive male, not sure on the females)<p>Message Edited by Bithnar on <span class=date_text>01-04-2007</span> <span class=time_text>07:56 AM</span>

<P>I have  a lvl 24 fae Swashy and I love it. </P> <P>My main is a 70 necro, so Im really enjoying the different play style. I also think the Fea look really good with dual wield weapons  - granted its only a "look" but its still cool. Seems to me that a scout is a perfect class for a fae (lore wise) They are small, nibmle, fast and have sort of a wild-child attitude.</P> <P> </P> <P>Stat-wise - I doubt it matters class to class. Ive seen an Ogre Necromancer...thats proof enough.</P>

No Fae are not suitable for swashbuckler class. Swashys are cool and stylish, Fae are neither <img src="/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> If you even contemplate using a fae you should be barred for life from playing a swashy! Be a troubadour or something ....*grin*

<P>Fae make great anything but especially suited to scouts.</P> <P>I wouldn't trade fae fall for anything and once I got my 'look' locked in I love the look too.  My swash is 1h sword build that looks great swinging.</P> <P>My other Fae is a berserker and that one is even more 'right' looking with a 1h sword and buckler.  Ogre with a buckler looks wrong but Fae just right <img src="/smilies/283a16da79f3aa23fe1025c96295f04f.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></P>
