I have asked lots of people in-game about this subject and so far I get the impression people aren't too familiar with this topic. Why? is it cause these powers are available only at level 70? is it cause you need to grind somehow to get these from a lootable scroll or something or reputation?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Anyway...
