Does anyone know if the Mental Breach EoF AA also works for Vitality Breach? I know the description says its only for mental breach, but it'd make sense to also affect the health draw. Has anyone tested this? It would turn this worthless AA into somthing worth considering imho.

I wouldn't say it's the worst, I'd rather have it instead of hemotoxin. Mental Breech is awesome for raiding and other really long fights (last mob in Vaults).

Hemotoxin might have its uses. I always meant to calculate it out, but I think when you're fighting multiple mobs hemotoxin might outperform caustic since it will proc less on the mobs you're not targeting.

Mental Breach is far from useless, ESPECIALLY in PVE. Look at the DoTs we have and the debuffs- the Swashbuckler class is designed from the ground up to be a caster killer- Mental Breach further reinforces this. High, sustained damage with interrupts (read: stun and poisons) along with the ability to cripple casting stats and resistances is the trademark of the swashbuckler. Mental breach just makes it easier by sapping mana AND giving it back to you? With the wealth of combat arts we have we can run into power issues in any sort of extended fight fairly quickly if we're not careful- Mental breach just makes it a little easier to sustain that DPS and take down the caster a little faster.

Darte Agnion- 59 Swashbuckler- Unrest
