when the poison is still up there is an icon in your maintained buff window. you can also hover your mouse over it to see how many procs you have left on that poison

This idea only came to me after reading your question so anyone more familiar with ACT, feel free to add or correct me. I believe that you could use the ACT parser http://home.maine.rr.com/eqaditu/ACT/ to give you an audible warning when your poison's run out, assuming there's some sort of in game text message associated with it...I've never actually noticed.

On that note I wish we could have slots for poison like we have for drink/food.... ie have them autoconsumed on/off. Pain if the poison runs out mid of fight Grrrr

Hear hear! Poison consumable slot would be awesome!I think the problem is though that too few classes use poisons for SOE to make such changes for it to the Inventory UI.

they could use the old system they had for food and drink. all you would need to do is hava an option like "use as current damage/debuff/utility poison" in the right click menu for each type of poison. once it runs out a new one would be applied. if you wanted to change from say caustic to vitality breach you could right click vitality breach and select the "use as..." option and you would just loose the current poison you currently do.

edit: just realised this wouldn't work due to the casting time. i guess it could be changed to instant cast... it wouldn't be a game breaking change, we would gain possibly 10-15 auto attacks over the course of a raid

Message Edited by adamflanagan on 12-15-2006 01:52 PM
