Best Adornment Ever!

<DIV>Wanted to let you swashies out there to make sure you get Scintallating Spiked Straps adornment... Its handsdown the best adorn any scout could get. Tailors can make them via transmutation. It inflicts 80 piercing damage on a every melee hit, Which is like running a mini inspiration 24/7. It goes off with double attack and hurricane and can do some insane damage. The damage seems to be reflected by the amount of INT you have. I have used a INT potion and it went up. This is a must have. Only piece of armor that can have it is your shoulder.... well there is a shield but what swashies use a shield lol, I paid 8plat for it on The Bazaar server which to me is nothing becuase I can make that back in a day or 2 and wow... still cant get over how great it is. In a raid it was doing about 120 - 150 damage per hit, I forgot to check how much INT I was at when it was doing that much but you'd also have to include the debuffs that were on the mob. Its the only adorn I would focus on getting, Im trying to get another for backup armor i dont ever want to attack without it again lol.</DIV>

They already nerfed teh parry bracers by half.I guarantee you that one day, in the not too distant future, you will log on and start killing mobs.  You will realize something is not right.  Then you will mouse over that shoulder slot and it will say something like.--Has a chance to inflict xxx damage on a successful melee hit.  This item will proc 1.8 times a minute!

<DIV>The nerf happened in todays update, went from 65 base damage to 43, Seems to be a proc now but it does not specify how much the proc rate is. Now Im mad i wasted 8plat last night to get this and then they change it to such a POS, Not really mad at the fact i lost the money as much as I am that I bought something that was falsely advertised. I posted change in Brigand forum and on Items forum, and I'll do it here incase anyone is interested in the changes. It now is a defensive proc that only procs when the mob misses you. Not when you get hit, not when you parry, but when the message is "A mob MISSES YOU!" then both the spiked straps and strut will proc. USELESS.<div></div>
