This quest is about 7 parts long then the final part is (Epic) in MM Castle you need to kill someone whos name starts with a C. yea I just did this quest all the way up to the last part because of another post claiming that quest series was the one for the cloak of flames, but it is not.. it gives a fabled cloak and that cloak pretty much sucks only giving Symmetry V which is +25 effect to dmg and healing spells<div></div>

Most likely this will be a drop off a super named raid mob. My guess avatar of flame. Or maybe it comes of Nagafen like it did in EQ1. Don't expect a quest to give it out. And since devs are giving no hints, don't expect to see it any time soon.

But only a few items so far have 25% haste and no item from kos had any haste higher than 23%.... this cloak kicks butt for a melee dps class.
