Quick question about Hurricane

<div></div>Hi there.I was wondering if the upgrades to Hurricane (Adept III/Master I, etc) were any more useful than lower versions (App IV/Adept I, etc)?Thanks.<div></div>

There is no ap4 version of hurricane. The % chance to proc does increase as you go from a1 to a3 to m1. Pulling numbers from memory (almost but not quite equivilent to my nether regions these days) it's 40, 44 and then 48% respectivly. Those might be wrong though, and do not take into account the yummy hurricane aa.<div></div>
