<DIV>Electrified Rings of speed come from Cyendros I believe(Contested x2 epic in SoS). As for the Diamond band of Nizari, I doubt that a non-raid equip'd group(Flame Claw will eat your tank alive) could go into Nizara enough times to get one to drop. It took me atleast 35 runs to get mine. /sigh</DIV>

Are you serious? I regularly go to nizara and don't seem to suffer - well equipped legendary toon with all masters is absolutely fine!And as for the lowly non-raid equipped tank....<u><b>Chest</b></u><ul><li>Cuirass of Protection</li><li>Blood-Drenched Breastplate of Xhorroz</li><li>Awakened Scalelord Breastplate</li></ul>+ the rest of the awakened scalelord armor:<ul><li>Awakened Scalelord Legplates,etc</li></ul><u><b>Claymore kit</b></u>Dragonscale PauldronsDragonscale Ring,etc<b><u>And numerous very cool drops...</u></b>Gauntlets of Glorious SpeedBlade of EmbersGrizzfazzle's Shield,etc,etc<b><font color="#ff0033">In fact plate fighters get the most love from tier 7 instances</font></b>....and one that can be bothered will be awesome in high end legendary + masters!!! imho<div></div>

<div></div>The epic x2 in SoS is spawnable and part of the quest line that many non-raiders do in SoS. With a good group i've 1 grouped him.
