<P>I too have seen it on Najena, but really, unless you are someone who "must have all masters" what's the point.  Only time I use it isn't to actually deagro (we are already well equipped to manage incombat agro) but to stealth during combat so that I can get our stealth only CA off.</P>

I know a brig who has it, but it is very rare... I think with the expansion coming out soon however more and more masters will make there way to the broker especially since the expansion covers 1-70 mobs.
