Questions to you Swashie's

What nerf are brigands getting that is the fault of Swashies?Are you talking AR, if so, not interested, I've heard enough of it and quite frankly, if AR is the only reason you or others play a brigand........My suggestion, uninstall, go play WoW, cause you obviously don't know much about EQ2.<div></div>

<div></div>Am I included in that "HUGE" influx of new swashies?  <span>:smileysad:</span>I decided to roll one on the suggestion of a good friend as something I can play, outside of my guild, to get away and have fun.  (Nothing against my guild at all, we are a family style guild, and all of the other officers, and leadership know how to get ahold of me on ANY of my alts).  So far, I've had a BLAST, I am loving the class, just enough like my ranger (um....  yeah....  they are both scouts <span>:smileytongue:</span> ) that I am adapting well, and just enough NOT like my scout (um....  yeah....  like everything else other than they are both scout classes) to be something new, and fun that I can learn and grow with.  Nerfed or not, Been there, done that, I have played my beloved Ranger since the day I started, no FOTM classes here for me tyvm.  So yeah, if I am one of them "HUGE" influxes of new swashies, shoot me, otherwise, let us enjoy what we do, be it as a fun alt (like me) or as a main class.  ~Taubin Darscrios - 70 Ranger - Everfrost~Icheha - Teen Swashie - Everfrost~Officer and proud member Dynasty of the FlameOne more thing, if I am over-stepping my bounds by posting here, please let me know via PM and I will happily remove my post.  IF that request comes from a Swashie, I don't want to step on toes, as it is not my main class, and I haven't played one long.  <span>:smileywink:</span><div></div><p>Message Edited by GTaubin on <span class=date_text>11-08-2006</span> <span class=time_text>07:39 AM</span>

Seriously though, swashys look set to have a large incrase since they are really good class now and just being imporved with EOF. Brigands are getting taken down a notch or two so it hopefully wont be FOTM anymore and will just be the die hard, hardcore, self abusing fools that we are <img src="/smilies/283a16da79f3aa23fe1025c96295f04f.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />. <div></div>

<DIV>There are alot of classes more powerful than swashbucklers, I'm sure the FOTM players will look elsewhere. We are definately not the best / most needed raid class, not the best soloers, and for groups it doesn't matter what class you are. We aren't getting anything spectacular with EoF so I don't know why people would suddenly find us more of an attraction. There may be a few brigands who are too afraid to play without 100% aoe immunity yet too lazy to roll another character who will betray over, that's about it...</DIV>

Aye I don't see why we would suddenly change to be raid-wanted... nah. If nerfing of one skill on brigands make people stop playing or betraying to swashie that is their decision. I didn't betray or stop playing (though was close on latter) when we got nerfed. Well I don't think it was the nerf - it was the fact that we weren't needed/wanted in groups and I don't play my swashie as solo player. Please just see it first before you bail on your brigand.... there is always some adjustments/corrections done after things have gone live. And there's bound to be more nerf-bat or *looks shocked* improvements in the months/years to come <span>:smileywink:</span> <div></div>

I have no sympathy for Brigands whining about the AR change. Considering the unhelpful attitude you guys tend to have on your own forums I'm sure some people are actually happy you guys got brought down a peg or two. So get off your high horse, suck it up and deal with it like a true rogue would. <div></div>

We must have whined so hard about brigands that it knocked those threads right off this forum, since I'm pretty sure I've never seen one here. If anything, the Swashie forums has a long proud history of reccomending other scout professions for people. :smileywink:
