Both.  Ancient vorpal blade for all normal combat becuase at 100% haste you it will be perfectly timed with CA queuing.  Hit perfect finese, Inspriation, then swap in RHotHP for insane damage.<div></div>

<P>AVP.</P> <P> </P> <P>RHOTHP is a weapon that, sadly, is too fast, and very little will be gained from haste mods.</P>

AVP? alien vs. predator?I'd go with AVB mainly. But if you got both, use both. Different situations call for different kinds of weapons. The RHotP is better for situations where you won't be hasted, like solo or tanking in a group, and also good to have with Inspiration. The AVB would be better in any other situation. So to sum it up, go with AVBaRHotP. <img src="/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

Go with AVP...100% haste will make that weapon sing and all brigands will be jealous of you!<div></div>

Those in the swashbuckler channel know I always call it AVP. I typoed it one night and said AVP is a way cooler abbreviation and thus, I will call it AVP. <img src="/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

Depending on your AA line - if that is irrelevant - AVP!<div></div>

Right Hand is an amazing weapon that every swashbuckler should have. Swap it in when you use inspiration, then swap out when it wears.<div></div>

<div></div>Inspiration is the proc which goes off at every attack, right? Why would you use only one weapon during Inspiration? Am I missing something?<div></div><p>Message Edited by Kharadrim on <span class=date_text>10-06-2006</span> <span class=time_text>01:54 PM</span>

<DIV>Right Hand of the High Priestess (ROHTHP) have a based delay of 1sec. at 100% haste it'll hit every 0,5sec. So right there that's at least 1300DPS if the mob is debuffed.</DIV> <DIV>The Reason why it's better it's because your CA's take (most of them) 0,5sec to cast and 0,5 recovery, so you'd loose a Inspiration proc. Plus...... give times to all your CA's to refresh and you can spam them all again once Inspiration is done.</DIV>

Didn't there used to be like a min haste value of something like .8 seconds or something.  When was it that it got changed to .5 seconds?

There never was a minimum swing speed, I'ld have to dig for the dev post that states this though. There was an issue with a parser that made folks beleive this. There is a 1s effective cap if you are using you're ca's, but that is due to cast/recovery times and not a limit to swing speeds.<div></div>

I did heard about a cap of 0,6sec for the delay of a weap.. BUT when you equip your weap and do /weaponstats it'll show 0.5

So, generally the effective cap while using ca's is 1s, and the cap while meleeing is baseed upon your choice of weapon.</div>
