its a bit slow aim for a weapon thats 1,6 to 2,0 dly for best dps set up<div></div>

I agree about delay but I parse will with it. still getting 1.4 - 2k dps in raids with it. I find no big difference, I actually find it better parse than Right hand of the priestess with a 1s delay and 1h Claymore that has 1.6s delay.  Its scaled with the damage it delivers anyhow <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /><p>Message Edited by Lineshta on <span class=date_text>08-15-2006</span> <span class=time_text>06:34 AM</span>

im sure with 100% haste and inspiration RHotHP looks quite nice, i switch out to it with my SK when i'm grouped with a bard every time they use CoB, jsut to make the most of the 100% proc chance.

slow weapons work best due to timing CAs, or miss timing. to my knowledge there isn't a speed cap, i've not had 100% haste while checking but at about 89% haste RHotHP has a .6 delay.

well it depends if you spam you CAs + abilities your autoattack will be forced to 1,0 secif your under 1 sec youll hit every 1,0 sec, and if you you have a cast over 1,0dly and under 2,0dly youll hit every 2,0 seconds while spamming CAs. thus using a weapon witha  2,0 dly and being fully hasted places it exactly at 1,0 dly which hits between every CA.<div></div>

i use rhotrp with inspiration, its good for that. for everything else, its a pretty terrible weapon.<div></div>
