weapon delay.. I think I mucked up big time

I dont get the question... what you mean by nerf myself?If you implie that you get less procs, thats not true.From CA you procs are determined by casting times, not by weapon delays. For auto attacks proc rate is balanced according to delay. (delay/3)* proc chance. So for example your caustin poison proc will be (3/3)*25 = 25%, while with your 1.5 delay weapon that would be (1.5/3)*25= 12.5% - your actual proc.If you searc this forum, you can find a lot of threads about explaining how procs work.The only way you nerf yourself is via inspired since ints 100% proc and you will hit less. But you can just switch for faster weap via hotkey for inspired.
