Isn't there absolutely no diffrence between fabled and other tier items, except that fabled might have better stats? I'm at well over 510 str with all legendary gear and don't see how upgrading to fabled would help me really.<div></div>

I'm at well over 510 str with all legendary gear and don't see how upgrading to fabled would help me really.<div></div><hr></blockquote>Fabled has some sort of advantage, MIT, stats, procs, resists, raw health and power, that sorta thing.I'm at pretty much the same point as you, the only way I can really significantly up my damage output right now would be a nice fabled weapon, aside from that I could use some more INT for a marginal bump, some more STA for better survivability, health/power wouldn't be bad, natural resists so I don't have to monkey around with resist gear. But all in all fabled is much more exciting for fighters I think.</div>

All non-epic......BUT some instances are very tough!In order of difficulty from least to hardest (imho)1) Scornfeather Roost/Silent City2) Tables3) Cazels Mesa4) Poets Palace.For last 2 you need a high lvl group in reasonable kit. I would suggest getting loot from Roost/SC and tables then Mesa whilst working on PP access - then hit PP with your nice looted kit from the other 4 areas.<div></div>

There is a necklace available at the end of a long series of quests in Pillars of Flame.  I want to say that it is the necklace of Sol Ro?  Anyway decent stats and FT1 capable of getting it with perserverance and a decent group (for last quest).  I'll try to post stats later when I'm not at work.

Amulent of the Swords of Ro ... also the Ring of Fate is a good quest reward (briefly mentioned above).Or, if you're rich, you could just buy the leftover Fableds from the guilds that do raid T6 -- it's much better than most of the above and usually not too expensive these days.<div></div>

This list is just to help direct people to the right instances and give a few targets. ITs not the UBER raid fabled - but its the next best thing. So please don't dismiss it!!<div></div>

Who was dismissing it? I was just listing another option for people who "want to be decked out in Fabled gear but don't raid." It's just as valid an option as farming the stuff you listed, and for many people will give more return on their investment. You could spend days/weeks/months hoping for the right random drop from the above instances/mobs and never get what you're looking for ... or you could spend a day or two farming plat in PoF to buy the stuff you really want. I used many of the above pieces while leveling up in DoF, and kept some as backup in T6 after I got better raid gear.<div></div>

I'd much rather earn my gear through blood, sweat and tears.  Thanks for all the info you've given. This really gives me a way to direct my grouping ideas and gives me places to suggest.

Also true is that most of the drops off the first named in Poet's are rare. Most runs you'll get the bracer or that plate helm. It's all fine if you want to earn it yourself, but it's going to require a lot of trips through the zone to get most of the list. </P> <P>  Angua's suggestion for buying some gear from guilds farming T6 fabled is good too; perhaps some of you are dismissing that option more then Angua dismissed your list? :smileywink: </P> <P>  There can be a lot of fine gear sold that drops in T6 raid zones that are of high quality. The point is that there is a lot of good gear for that level range for rogues. Does it matter if it is legendary/fabled/earned/bought?
