Ruthless Cunning is level 35 bloodlines, you can quest it at app2 or get it crafted at adept 3. I've heard the spell is missing from spellbooks post tradeskill revamp or something right now, so go ahead and ask a jeweler but don't be surprised if it's buggy and you can't order it for a couple days.<div></div>

Something of note:Spirit of the Bat, which is the Druid lvl 35 bloodlines scroll recently was discovered as a master 1<div></div>
